yes indeed, I at first thought it was a sale of some to pay for options and keeping a majority, then even better no sale at all......the paperwork was prety shoddy paperwork regarding all of this...
Hard to see a sale of 90% as being a confidence inspiring statement for a SP of greater than a couple of dollars for the forseeable future....though a) there are still lots of options coming his way later and b) hilb's comments re tax.....hilb any further clarification on this?
as an aside I note that the dreaded 'GAP' at $1.91 was closed today....LOL
