My dollars are on NM purchasing at 36 cents - its clear what he is doing. he probs up a bid at 36cents that is much greater than other surrounding bids whenever the market loses confidence. This then provides the market with confidence and the share price is sustained for sometime until confidence is diminished and then the process occurs again.

As I mentioned in December, nothing happens in th Government during January and my best guess is that the port approval will be out middle of Febuary/ Early March. I read a report from December which states that the port approval is its final stages - its on google somewhere :). The funny thing is that this share has the potential to be at the 2 dollar level very fast: Port approval -> DFS (released 2 weeks later) -> CAZ is then a takeover target from MIN and RIO. Heaps to buy into if you miss port approval.
