He 'may' think the company is going anywhere fast, or had an argument with other people in management in the company, has a debt to pay, wanted to live a bit more before he dies and realise some cash, had a better investment to pursue in his view, is planning on leaving the company, has a gambling habit, does not like the risk associated with the option expiry and wanted to reduce exposure, the list goes on, we just don't know but it doesn't really look that great from a shareholder point of view. Let's hope he has made the wrong decision to drop these.
