Just thinking out loud.......I would say in fact that the placement to investors at 7c is now deemed a done deal....
....and thus those lucky recipients will also be able to participate in the rights issue....
With further placements expected to fund expected exploration programs, we are going to finish up with a lot of shares on issue in the next year or so....
