The 3B just out has corrected the situation, now we are just waiting for the next 3B to say they have converted the remaining 12,141,371 options at 5.5c.
This should be followed by another substantial holders statement to confirm transocean have reinvested the proceeds at a discount price of 5.5c..........
Yawn.
What does this mean for me (it's all about me by the way)?
Well IMO the selling is over............ and we can sit back for up to four years cruising on the interest and wait for the deals to come in without the need for more dilution.
