Your points are well made and I hope your confidence in the takeover is eventually proven correct.

I have to say though that I have considerable sympathy for JM's point of view. I am also a long term holder who had high hopes for the eventual commercialization of a very worthwhile therapy, only to be badly disappointed by a failure of management. As it is, if the takeover proceeds, i will get out with a very small loss.

What absolutely galls me however is that Directors and management are paid substantial salaries for their work. To then be additionally rewarded with in the money options whilst failing to meet the goals is simply a disgrace.

If Collier had any semblance of a professional concience he would voluntarily give them up.

But then, I still believe in the Tooth Fairy.
