Agreed that the company needs cash to grow.
It also needs a big market - I'm not convinced there is one. There is no big company in this space as far as I can tell.
Little competition means little market in my books.
The model doesn't even make sense to me. If I was an apartment tenant I wouldn't sign a 5 year contract for broadband or electricity with the building owner. No-one would. So the building owner can't sign up to a 5 year contract unless there was actually no value to the contract.
So are these massive dollar value contracts not in fact committed future revenues? More an estimate with massive assumptions?
