That's the reason for the recent CR, isn't it?
Known factors? And factored in?

I know Australia has very strict Health & Safety policies which are sometimes a barrier for running business.
However, they are a matter of negotiation and educations which depends on management's skills/effectiveness/abilities. Good company management teams can do something that Workers/staff members consider themselves as the owner/family of the company. In fact, they are.
The issues of H&S may also be dependent of job demand/supply.
Nowadays, many foreign skilled workers (temporary visa holders) want to work those construction area.

Anyway, I will take your view in my note.
Personally, I don't see only Australian projects.
Projects from overseas are also very important.
