Sekoko badly want hoards of small, South african, micro retail investors to take up these shares so that eventually South Africa can become a mama_and_papa share owning democracy where the population at large holds possession of the country's natural resources through it's new mining companies. If the director in question threw larger tranches of money at the shares it creates the impression that the share is beyond the reach of many south African pockets. Why else have such a large register which such a small share price? If the strategy succeeds there will be a place at the high altar for the major shareholder and Julius Malema will spend many days in the shebeen lamenting his lost opportunities to take SA down the 'nationalised' route.
