    considering that the change of interest is close to the updates, i'd put them as price sensitive.

    2 options here:
    - directors are sure/know the results will be good, so they are buying in; or
    - the results are far from good, so they'll get the margin once the share will go up due to market expectations.

    hope i'm wrong of the latter...
