Thanks for that. There must have been a significant catylst for BND to rise aside from the consolidation. It's in the minority that's for sure.

I can assure you the large shareholders I know are opposed to this consolidation. Although stockholmrod makes a very good point that the large shareholders would have to be sweet talked to get it thru. That's hasn't happened yet to my knowledge.

I don't think our seventh largest shareholder Kiril would support it either. An unprecedented fundamental change in his attitude towards management and their decisions if that were the case.

Interesting times or distressing times I suppose all comes down to how much you stand to lose with this consolidation.


I wish I could wake up from this living nightmare. Stress doesn't kill you. I'm a living testament to that ! !
