3. 500K exercisable from 1/1/2014 to 15/6/2015. Price 143% of the VWAP over 5 trading days prior to the granting.

Resolution to grant the options was passed at the EGM on 27/06/11. I don't have the info to hand to calculate the VWAP over 20/6/11-24/6/11.
