    Whether he changed to make profit or not I don't know but to me it appears that it was a transfer only to a different holding trust not a buy and sell. Otherwise there would have to be two change of directors interest on the 27/6/11.

    Actually he transfered on 27/6/11 and purchased 50,000 shares on 30/6 IMHO
