In answer to the question of the share consolidation, this is a tough one, as history dictates that most but not all consolidations bring about a retrace of the sp to some degree...
But, this all depends for what reason the consolidation is occuring...
I base my decision to stick with vla because of Bryan's proven track record in bringing about gains in the sp of companies in the long term..
I cant attend the meeting to find out first hand why the consolidation is occuring, but if Bryan puts forward a good sound reason why, then I would vote yes and back him, based on his past performance.
If there is no justified and clear reasoning behind the consolidation then I would vote no.
It will be a shakey couple of weeks when and if the consolidation occurs, but if you can ride it out (if long term) then stick with it....
It all depends on what reason you are in vla for...
Long term...no worries for me,,,, short term..time for decision making whether or not to ride this one all the way through (with some risk even if only small.... obviously)
Just remember, if you want to ride it through and have faith in our leaders then save a little cash and if the sp slips a little then buy some more....long term this has the potential to be huge...all in my humble opinion etc..
cheers
