its a nice clean well cashed up shell with not many shares
i hope they get ndlo up, im just saying it would be a lot better if the boss owned 5 million +
if ndlo get exercised they get lots more cash, but if they expire they get a lot more share price movement if they back somthing decent in and they could raise cash higher, thus not diluting the boss as much
