At least 1m in YRR is better than the 100000
he has in PDY.
$1300 worth of PDY and he wanted to be a director.
Here's an idea.Do some groundwork and that might turn
into a 2 or 3 bagger instead of trying to collect
director fees all over the place and giving away
200million free options to freeloaders.
Vote against all resolutions.
Maybe the $500k of director fees per year could be tied
to performance.
Sound like hard work?
Step aside then.
