Interesting that one Director/Major Shareholder and founder of PPG has decided to sell down his shareholding. Now he sold 6m shares or 4.3% of the share capital. Who has bought it?
It couldn' be Bennamon/The Pact group as the can only increase their holding through the creep provision by only 3% pa. So I suggest its probably Mr Penn the other major shareholder. This would take is holdings to just under the 20% takeover threshold.
It will be very interesting to see what happens next?
