Why were the on market purchases direct?
Maybe therein lies the loop hole.
Lend shares for short selling under indirect
and you cannot buy or sell.
BUT buy personally direct, no restriction.
This situation may augur well for a massive bounce.
This is pure speculation on my part and once again
we only know half the story.
