I see this as opportunistic buying by the directors given the low share price of AFR and excellent prospects for the company.
I recently did likewise and used the depressed share price to double my shareholding in AFR.
I believe the logical step for AFR would be to sell the uranium deposits (once a suitable resource is established and market conditions improve). Once this happens and the company establishes a stronger financial position, then I believe we will see an increase in the share price.
