Could be a base forming here, the directors are keeping the hopes alive, no small buys either, they are obviously believers. No idea what the politics are like, but I can imagine African politics are similar to Asian except with more AK47's and less "face". This is the pie, and it makes sense to let them bake it before fighting over it.

Pressure is building on this baby, so many potential rockets sinking deeper into their launch pads - like trying to hold a balloons under water :) - our day will come, and the bake beans will become caviar again.
