The Directors ALWAYS have impeccable timing on exiting when long term bad new soon follows (eg VCR)...don't tell me she had a tax problem please, or needed the money for Xmas shopping..Do you think she was privy to ANY information that would have given her an advantage in selling at such a fortuitous time, one day before that HUGE volume spike & down day..One wonders... & all this for $40k.

fwiw - I don't hold CBZ, but hold a related company ALT that seems to have been sold off with CBZ.
