My theory is that Nathan wants to buy as much stock as he can before the port access is secured. I guess if he was more efficient at keeping the market informed, he might not be able to accumulate so effectively.
Not that I mind. I like that he is keen to own as much of _his_ company as he can and is obviously driven to build it up as best as he can. Much better than many small cap directors who are looking to extract as much blood from the company as they possibly can, usually at the expense of shareholders and the future of their company.
