Agreed Helen Cameron selling was not clever - not the actions of a devious, clever person.
I don't know her personal financial situation - she may have needed funds urgently?
Jones and co had years to grind CBIO into the dust.

I will give the new board some more time before I pass judgement.
Note I haven't sold so I haven't made a loss as yet.
Also note that as Helen Cameron has sold about half of her shares that should XTOLL be a success she won't recover her losses on those shares, only profit on the shares she still holds.
Yes clever devious people would give themselves shares upon appointment to a board,increase their directors fees and perhaps, no would pay themselves consultancy fees as well.
As I understand Helen Cameron and the other 2 new board members have only reduced the directors fees.
The previous board you yearn for may have reduced the shareprice to 2 cents!
Rush to judgement? No I think I will reserve it until we receive some meaningfull news about the companys plans.
