It was a big cap raise for GRY , and they were lucky to get 1.30 to be honest , given the size of the raising and the market conditions of the time.
The difference between GRY and AMX however is the lack of availability of AMX shares in the open market. Huge controlling parcels of AMX are locked up and never traded in the open market, meaning that insto's must rely on infrequent cap raises to buy up decent amount in one hit. Very little discount will be given and more than likely a premium will be orchestrated before any raising takes place.
Remember , a low volume share like AMX is pushed just as easily higher as it is lower. And it will be pushed higher when the time is right.
