"There is no ready market in our shares"
I don't see why MM couldn't sell his shares to another shareholder/somebody in "Bambi" at a price agreed between the two. That is not a "ready market" This is only my understanding and a corporate lawyer (Mega have a few) would have a more exact interpretation.
