Magic ,I think that the 14 days that directors cannot trade ,relate to half yearly results and yearly results ,and also major price sensitive announcements like capital raisings and profit downgrades etc.

Announcements like SIOC cash and Vanmag have been well flagged ,and would be treated differently IMO .

Also worth noting that the change was on 23rd ,4 days ago .
