Keep in mind that there are only limited windows that directors can buy in. They must not be seen to be in possession of insider information when they buy or sell. Buying just after the announcement of Feb results were released gives them the best opportunity to appear to be at arms length however it is nearly the end of March and they would be well aware of the current March results to date. So if they are happy buying at that level it should be a good sign that they think the company is undervalued and I would guess that we have some good results coming up for March. As usual DYOR
