Maybe another change of directors interest notice coming up. Surely Norm could reach into his pocket and buy the whole company at these prices. Whenever it's looking the scariest is usually the best time to buy. It wouldn't surprise me if the million shares at .04 is management saying "enough of the selling already" "Stop it."
