Ann: Change of Director's Interest Notice , page-12

I am of two minds with this development.
1/ It can be a directors way of sending a message to the faithful -“Hey guys in two weeks or so something’s gonna happen … “
2/ It’s a way of rallying the troops, basically a “just do something, ANYTHING” action in the absence of any material progress to try and arrest the free fall and provide a bit of confidence.
So which one do you lot think? Or am I trying to find some meaning in an otherwise trivial transaction?
Or did he simply clean behind the couch recently and couldn’t think of anything to spend the $40k in loose change on?
IMO NOTHING happens without a reason, - topping up his holdings with a million shares when he is in line for a share in 250 MILLION shares (WHNOA) when farm out is reached / why would you bother?
