This is really interesting. We have no knowledge of why this has occurred, if it is a negative vote specifically against David Franklyn, if it is something purely administrative or if the new managing company will still be interested in keeping its majority shareholding... is a touch un-nerving and in the current market doesn't add to my confidence... BUT... not long to the AGM and to see if the new team are keen on significant board change... might even put up my hand to be involved!!

On the more positive side... 2 human clinical trials finishing up by years end and in a share market where people are losing money pulling it out and leaving it in cash... a positive announcement in that market has to be of serious interest!!
