Bob picks up another 2000 shares on the market at 58 cents.
The prospectus states that 'The directors intend to participate in the rights issue' so where are the notices, an early acceptance of their entitlement would have been welcome.
I do not see any reason for them to be precluded by any regulatory rules in relation to timing as is often the case with purchasing shares.
