Hi Fanuchi I think you will find Frank and Co had very little to do with the deal.The money was raied when the stock was suspended so as bad as it seemed for shareholders at the time they were able to raise capital when the company was off the boards not easy to do in this environment in saying that I totally disagree with the option exercise price.If you are in the mood to throw some sticks this morning maybe you should compare what Frank and co paid themselves in wages compared to what the current crew are being paid.
