The loans are "limited recourse". The directors cannot be asked to pay more than the shares are worth when the loan is closed out. So they are more like options but done this way as "loans" for tax purposes.
To get the AMX share price moving up again, Kitto needs to deliver some really good results or the pog needs to bounce another $100. Some really good results are overdue, so here's hoping.
