Ronnie Beever would know several ways to finance a mine build and would know the key contacts to drive the process whichever way is best.
Alternatively Michael Anderson has been down the process of building mines and is also in a good position to advise and probably execute. He and Taurus are well aligned to execute.
I would imagine Peter Mansell might come out of the box on this issue as well.
The board is structured with the right balance to move into production. Certainly not there for their good looks.
To throw a left fielder at you, do not write off Islamic Finance.
