Very good points on the acquisition. It's just broken even in the last 6months, but that's not really what you want... Very keen to see how it pans out.

D-Dawg - also a good point on content piracy. However, take a look at things like Grooveshark, Netflix, etc. where each offer content that can easily be downloaded via torrent. They still have a fairly sizable customer base due to convenience.
Perhaps BYI could distribute via this medium (not quite sure of the implications to the bottom line)
