Who said anything about a 1c target?

I was responding to posters saying there was no down-side risk. IMO if results end up being VOR/ICGish this will be sold off hard and they will have to raise capital in a buyer's market. 1c is easily on the cards if it plays out like that.

If results are good, who knows where this could end up. That's why it is well worth a punt.

It is laughable to assert that the SP will not fall if results are shite.
