When directors buy, that is something worth considering.
On 13 June 2013 John David Cooper is reported to have bought 30,000 NWH for his SMSF for $24,500. If these figures are correct, that is 81.667¢ a share – not that I recall the SP sinking that low. The trade history records show the low for 13 June as 94.7¢. Anyhow, ignoring the arithmetic pedantry, Mr Cooper hurled money at NWH, which is a good omen. A few more buys by directors would be good, because one swallow does not a summer make.
