The 3Y says it WAS "on market". Have another look at the top of the second page.

Nevertheless with still holding 12 mm as folks say, and with year end tax balancing plausible, I am not concerned, although I would prefer to have a director who had been smart enough to have gotten a much better price, LOL they are generally as poor a judge of sp value as outsiders are!
