I do remember them very well but at the same time I also remember that the one we both remember threatened shareholders with corporate attorneys if they phoned and wanted serious answers- It is probably the only reason why I decided to sell a lot of my shares in that company and overall ended up with a small profit. Here we have none of that - No company official has ever not sought to enlighten me about their products and the business as far as is in the public domain.

They have explained a lot and shown me the product. The management actually put their own business into it and took shares. I dont see the same attitudes. However as I understand it the ex director in this case sold all of his shares and the sp is up over 50% since that notice. The announcement on 21 December suggests that 2,4 million shares were sold by the ex director. The price around that time was 20cents it then shot up in February to what I thought was an unrealistic level above 40c.

Since then it has raised almost $3million to enable it to more than pay off the bank Debt and have some extra around. It has not lowered its guidance and is intending to start paying dividends. If I was to be asked today I think that the business is so much better with less debt - It was my one concern.

I therefore think they have done a lot to clean up the business and get over the slow period of awarding tenders and committing to expenditure.

This business is also very different to the others you speak of they were not yet a business making money - this is. It has flexibility it can do a lot more than those can as it does not have to reach something to be able to pay bills.

I am more invested than I would normally be but I think that if you phone the company you will obtain a much clearer picture. That said if the poster has something and will communicate privately with you I think it could be useful.
