I wonder if Nick as CFO had a lot to do with that deal and maybe that's why he left. I also think there is no doubt that the entire company is run by optomists who cannot see issues. They believe a new deal is close, they believe they will get Billions from a license deal and they believed their share price would have doubled since the note deal. Its a bit worrying that no one there seems to truly grasp reality. If they did maybe they would have mire backup plans in place.
