For this lot to still be going IMO is testament to their belief and those that continue to throw money at it that they will get there.
Coal will be back. COK, BND, etc etc come back with it purely by way of their existence and their resource potential.
Albeit not the road that I anticipated as Im sure they didnt.

Dont be disillusioned, the present government both state and especially fed aren't going to sit around and let profit opportunities be stymied by green tape and the like. Be assured that 2014 will see plenty get up and running.
God and most of us know they're going to need every tax/royalty $$ they can get their mits on.
