    not sure why..he might be buying a new house?
    the part I liked about the announcement was "on and off market"sales
    I interpret the off market to mean he was approached or he approached an institution who were more than happy to buy albeit it was a director selling
    imo the more institutions on the register the better as to me it indicates a vote of confidence in what VOC is doing
