How come director did not issue out positive announcement first, sold his shares for oppies and issue SPP announcement in that order? Director would have sold shares at a higher rate than 3.3c after positive announcement. And director did not cashed out but rather to re-invest it back to company. Director would have maximise his return if this eventuated.

Instead director sold shares, SPP announcement then came out the positive announcement in that order.
