Totally agree that the timing of the sale is not good at all from a perception perspective but remember he has also exercise 2.8m options. So in fact he has increased his holding in the company.
Neil I am sure also has a heap of shares at 20c, so he has definitely taken a loss on this 1.7m sale and averaged down a little with the addition of 2.8m shares at 1.5c
Anyway not excusing the timing but just pointing out that he has increased his holding.
