    I'd expect all the directors/management to be under a trading blackout at the moment as they'd certainly be privy to price sensitive information that is not yet released to the market.

    With my work coming up to any major announcements the board & senior staff are placed on trading blackout many weeks in advance and general staff a couple weeks before the end of year results.
