It is unbelievable and frankly very brash for a director to sell shares at the high just before this material information of issuing 3 times the shares everyone was expecting. This is inside information but usually you don't get directors so stupid as to make it so obvious. There'll definitely be some backlash and there may be some explaining to do to the ASIC police.
