IMO he will not look at an extension. He will stay on in an "advisory capacity" or maybe very short term extension. He will want to be around for Jab1 launch because once it is in the air and successfully commissioned he gets a sh!tload of performance shares. Like any entrepreneur he will then consider his work done and will want to leave on a high [with no further need to work anyway]
