Firstly,it is not up to the Company to decide if the announcement is "market sensitive" or not. It is up to the ASX. Trust them? not me.
Any credible company needs to be seen to be doing the right thing by Corporate Governance.
TAP has failed this test with this series of announcment, IMHO.
