I disagree with your views. UZNBUZ correctly points out that important point that the release was not market sensitive.

I am of the view that you should assume that the project is on track unless the company states otherwise given that under continuous disclosure rules, TAP would be obligated to notify the market immediately of any significant delays that would have a material impact.

Think about it this way - given the update was not market sensitive, TAP could have just as easily not provided any update at all given everything is just going on track.
