Well NPAT should be $21 million in 2015 which is perhaps a touch conservative and is only 6 months worth of synergy savings. I also liked how they mention Australiasia and new opportunities for revenue streams.
EPS for 2015 look like about 16-17 c by my calcs but means on a ratio of 10, this could easily be on a PER of 15, hopefully analysts get a hold of this news and release reports.
Dividends another story as they have a large debt pile now so depends how they manage this, they also mentioned a cap raising once share price is higher. I'd be happy with 10c of dividends for now.
